62 places divided on 2 floors, 10 bedrooms for 6 people and two individual bedrooms.

Extinguisher, alarm system, safety device against fires, coded locks. Regulated access.
Collectivity equipment :
Bathrooms fittings and plumbing separated for ladies and gentlemen (showers, toilets, lavabos).
Small kitchen for customers (hotplate, refrigerator, 3 sinks, crockery, dishes…)
Restaurant (Up to 80 places per sitting. Flex time).
Rooms : 2 polyvalent rooms for 80 and 20 people (one of it is equipped for courses or meetings).

Park for open air activity, with a covered play area.
